Lennhoff Properties is a property management business. The logo is to attract potential tenants and real estate investors. I used the colors blue and black combination to portray to the customer that the business is a reliable and sophisticated. For typography I used a Sans Serif Bold for Lennhoff and Regular for the word Properties to give it some contrast. The illustration is a simple design of two buildings to represent apartments and then a door and roof with chimney to represent houses as well.
